How To Set Up
TO USE THE GROUNDED SOCKS WITH A GROUNDED WALL OUTLET:STEP 1: Get the accessories you already have at home. (You will need the Outlet Checker, one Safety Adapter, and two Coil Cords.)
STEP 2: Test the wall outlet with your Outlet Checker. Push your Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.
STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the first Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Firmly push one end of the second Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Put the Earthing Grounded Socks on your feet.
STEP 4: Snap the other end of the first Coil Coil onto one sock, and snap the other end of the second Coil Cord onto the second sock. You're now grounding! Please remember to disconnect the Coil Cords before walking.

STEP 2: Place your feet on any Earthing product that is properly grounded to a wall outlet, and you are now grounded!

Wear them to be grounded via Coil Cords while relaxing, working, or sleeping, or wear them without being connected to Coil Cords and instead touch another Earthing product that is grounded.
Materials & Care Instructions
MATERIALS:
Dimensions: One size fits most.12.5in long top to tip. Top opening width is 3.5in.
Fabric: 80-85% Nylon, 15-20% Silver Fiber (naturally antibacterial and antimicrobial.)
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- HAND WASH as needed with mild soap and water. You don’t need to wash these socks as often as regular socks due to their naturally antimicrobial properties.
- Never use bleach, whitening detergents, oxi-detergents, or soaps with essential oils.
- Air dry only.
- Wait one hour after applying lotions or oils before wearing the Socks.

The socks make a profound connection for grounding, covering so much of the foot and ankle compared to placing feet on mat. You can even just place a sock to lay on a specific body part (i.e. back of neck, or other)... for convenience and specific treatment. I also see the enormous value to 2 connections to a wall plug now and how to combine needs with grounding options! Amazing forethought.
The socks are a bit complicated since you need to disconnect to get up and go to the bathroom or other; but if you have a situation that you can take the time to do so they are awesome. Especially in a major need moment like being sick. Thank you!!!!
It's so good for winter time.
I like the socks, but they come with no directions for how to care for them, ie, wash them.
I've bought a variety of earthing products. All have been great products with no hiccups. With my earthing socks, there was a minor hiccup. I wrote to customer service simply so that they would know the hiccup. Without me even requesting, they had me keep that pair of socks AND sent me a new pair with no hiccup - free. I was dazzled with the service - and the socks!
