The Earthing Sleep Mat and Pillow Cover are 100% conductive, easy to clean, and very durable. They provide the perfect way to ground yourself when traveling, too, especially when you're unsure what size mattress you'll be sleeping on!

How To Set Up
STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
GROUNDED = Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
NOT GROUNDED = Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.
STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.
STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of the Sleep Mat and Pillow Cover. The Pillow Cover connector tab can be found on the inside seam.
STEP 4: Touch your Earthing® product and you're grounded! For optimal effectiveness we recommend direct skin contact or wearing one thin layer of natural material for clothing, such as cotton or bamboo.

Materials & Care Instructions
The Earthing® Sleep Mat and Pillow Cover are made from our proprietary carbon-based grounding material that is the culmination of two decades of Clint Ober's research and development. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts the Earth's electrons. The grounded Universal Mat is 100% conductive, easy to clean, and very durable.
Easy Cleaning: Simply clean with a little soap and water on a cloth, then wipe clean with plain water and allow to dry naturally.Wipe down regularly to ensure good conductivity and to avoid the build up of skin oils.
DO's:
Wipe down the mat using a non-corrosive cleaner, like dish soap, and water on a damp sponge and air dry.
DONT'S:
Do not use chlorine or bleach.
Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Sleep Mat or Pillow Cover. These can oxidize and damage conductivity.
