This Outlet Adapter is for Type K wall outlets found in: Bangladesh, Denmark, Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Guinea, Madagascar, Maldives, St. Vincent, Senegal, and Tunisia. 

Please Note: If your wall outlets only have two prongs, then there is no Earth/ground present. In this case, you must use an Earthing® Ground Rod or have an electrician come in and ground your outlets.

STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
GROUNDED = Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
NOT GROUNDED = Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.

STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.

STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of the Universal Mat.

STEP 4: Touch your Earthing® product and you're grounded! For optimal effectiveness we recommend direct skin contact or wearing one thin layer of natural material for clothing, such as cotton or bamboo.

Easy Cleaning: Simply clean with a little soap and water on a cloth, then wipe clean with plain water and allow to dry naturally.Wipe down regularly to ensure good conductivity and to avoid the build up of skin oils.

DO's:
Wipe down the mat using a non-corrosive cleaner, like dish soap, and water on a damp sponge and air dry.

DONT'S:
Do not use chlorine or bleach.
Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the mat. These can oxidize and damage conductivity.
