This Outlet Adapter is for Type K wall outlets found in: Bangladesh, Denmark, Faeroe Islands, Greenland, Guinea, Madagascar, Maldives, St. Vincent, Senegal, and Tunisia. 

Please Note: If your wall outlets only have two prongs, then there is no Earth/ground present. In this case, you must use an Earthing® Ground Rod or have an electrician come in and ground your outlets.

STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
GROUNDED = Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
NOT GROUNDED = Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.

STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.

STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Place the Universal Mat where you'd like to use it. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of the Universal Mat.

STEP 4: Touch the Universal Mat and you're grounded! For optimal effectiveness, direct contact or wearing a thin layers of natural material for clothing, such as cotton or bamboo, is best.

The Universal Mat is great to keep you grounded anywhere you are. Some ideas to use the Universal Mat include:

• Underneath your feet or underneath your keyboard at the computer - at home or at work
• On the couch in the living room to rest your feet on, to rest your arms on, or to rest your neck against
• In the kitchen to stand on when cooking or cleaning
• In the bathroom to stand on in front of the sink or to rest your feet on at the toilet
• On your bed to sleep on (under the thigh area or back area)
• Exercise on it instead of using a yoga mat or meditation mat

Easy Cleaning: Simply clean with a little soap and water on a cloth, then wipe clean with plain water and allow to dry naturally.Wipe down regularly to ensure good conductivity and to avoid the build up of skin oils.

DO's:
Wipe down the mat using a non-corrosive cleaner, like dish soap, and water on a damp sponge and air dry.

DONT'S:
Do not use chlorine or bleach.
Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the mat. These can oxidize and damage conductivity.
