STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
GROUNDED = Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
NOT GROUNDED = Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.

STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.

STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Place the Universal Mat or Universal Band where you'd like to use it. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of the Universal Mat or Universal Band.

STEP 4: Touch your Earthing product and you're grounded!

Earthing Universal Band

The Earthing Universal Bands are perfect for traveling as well as getting grounded at home or work. The adjustable elastic band can fit around most feet, ankles, wrists, and parts of the arms. Use just one band, or use both at the same time on separate body parts.

Earthing Universal Mat

- Drape it over the arm of your couch/chair or over the back of your couch/chair and lean against it.
- Place it on your couch/chair and sit on it.
- Place it in front of your couch/chair and put your feet on it.
- Put it in front of the kitchen sink and stand on it while you wash the dishes.
- Place it in front of the kitchen counter or island to stand on while you food prep.
- Put one in your bathroom in front of the sink so you can stand on it while you get ready for your day, or in front of the toilet to place your feet on.
- Exercise on it.
- Take it to work or set it up in your home office on the floor under your desk or on your desk to rest your hands on while you type.
- Sleep on it either under your feet, legs, back, or shoulders.

MATERIALS:

Front Material: 2% silver, 29.5% cotton, 68.5% Polyester.
Back Material: 66% Polyester/ 32% Cotton / 2% Lycra

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do:
- Machine wash with warm water, approximately 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 celsius), at least 2x per month if you're using the Earthing Throw regularly. Washing in warm water strips sweat and natural skin oils from the silver, keeping it conductive
- Dry in a dryer on low, or preferably line dry.

Do Not:
- Don’t wash with bleach or fabric softeners.
- Don’t use whitening detergents, oxi-detergents OR detergents with oils like lavender or coconut oil.
- Don’t use dryer sheet fabric softeners.
- Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Throw blanket as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.

Earthing Universal Mat

MATERIALS:

Earthing's proprietary carbon-based grounding material is the result of over two decades of research and development by Clint Ober. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts the Earth’s electrons. Earthing's unique grounding material is vegan, eco-friendly, durable, 100% conductive, and easy to clean. 


CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do:
- Wipe down the mat using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
- Air dry before rolling the mat back up.

Do Not:
- Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the mat.
- Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the mat as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.

MATERIALS:

The Earthing Universal Bands have a center made from our proprietary carbon-based grounding material that is the culmination of two decades of Clint Ober's research and development. Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts Earth's electrons. The strap of the Universal Band is made from a rubber, nylon and polyester blend for comfort and durability.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

Do:
- Wipe down the Bands using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
- Air dry before rolling the Bands back up.

Do Not:
- Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the Bands.
- Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Bands as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.
