Description
Apply the Earthing Patches to any acute pain spot for targeted pain relief. If you're not targeting pain, we recommend applying them to the palms of the hands or bottom of the feet as these are the most conductive points on the body.
The Patches are adhesive and meant for one-time use. Earthing Patches can be used anywhere you stretch, work out, sit, relax, or sleep.

How To Set Up
STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
GROUNDED = Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
NOT GROUNDED = Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.
STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet. Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter.
STEP 3: Peel off a Patch from the plastic backing. Apply it to the body part you wish to ground.
STEP 4: Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab on the Patch. You're now grounded! Repeat this process with an additional Patch if you'd like to use two at the same time on separate body parts.

Earthing Patches can be used anywhere you stretch, work out, sit, relax, or sleep for targeted grounding.
Apply the Earthing Patches to acute spots on your body to immediately bring the Earth's electrons there. If you're not targeting a specific spot, then we recommend applying the Patches to either the palms of your hands or bottom of your feet as these are the most conductive points on the body.
Please Note: The Patches are meant for one-time use. Although the adhesive may last through several applications, the gel in the center may not be in contact with the skin after the first use and this is necessary for grounding.
Materials & Care Instructions
Do:
- Apply the Patch to clean, dry skin.
- Push the Patch firmly onto the skin to make sure the gel center has complete contact with your skin.
- Discard the Patch in your trash recepticle when you've completed your grounding time as they are one-time use.
Do Not:
- Apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before applying a Patch.
- Apply to areas of the body with a lot of hair on them.
