How To Set Up
To Use The Earthing Safety Adapter, Type F:
STEP 1: Ensure your wall outlet is grounded by testing it with an Outlet Checker (not included). If you find that your wall outlet isn't grounded, you can use an Earthing® Ground Rod instead, or have an electrician come and ground your outlets.
STEP 2: Plug the Earthing Safety Adapter into the grounded wall outlet.
STEP 3: Push one end of an Earthing Coil Cord (not included) firmly into the Safety Adapter. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto your Earthing® product (not included). You're ready to get grounded!
Universal Adapters: Please do not use a Universal Adapter with Earthing products. Some Universal Adapters look like they have the Earth/ground connection but when tested, they do not work. Others have loose, intermittent connections that reduce the amount of electrons that can flow through your Earthing product.
Please Note: Earthing® products do not operate on electricity, so the electrical current of your wall outlet is irrelevant.
Ideas For Use
Push this firmly into your grounded outlet before plugging in your Earthing Coil Cord to ensure a nice, tight connection so there's no risk of the Coil Cord accidentally coming unplugged.

I purchased this plug so that my wife could ground herself to help with jet lag on her trip to Paris. The female portion of the plug was too small to work with the grounding post in Paris. My wife tried all the outlets in her room and the plug worked with none of them.
