Description
The Earthing Elite® Mattress Cover is made from our proprietary grounding material that is the culmination of two decades of research and development. Clint Ober designed it after feedback from our customers that they wanted a sleep option that would last longer than silver-threaded grounding sheet. The grounded Mattress Cover can be placed over or under your fitted sheet. It is thin, 100% conductive, easy to clean, and very durable. Sleeping grounded is one of the easiest ways you can ground your body consistently each day for 6-8 hours!

How To Set Up
STEP 1: Test your wall outlet with the included Outlet Checker to ensure it's grounded.
GROUNDED = Two amber lights illuminated. You are ready to move on to step 2.
NOT GROUNDED = Any other light combination. If this is the case, try testing other outlets. If none of them are grounded, then you will need to purchase a Ground Rod to use with your product.
STEP 2: Push the included Safety Adapter into your grounded wall outlet or into the surge protector that's plugged into the grounded wall outlet.
STEP 3: Firmly push one end of the Coil Cord into the Safety Adapter. Place the Mattress Cover on your mattress. Snap the other end of the Coil Cord onto the connector tab of your Mattress Cover.
STEP 4: For instant grounding, make direct skin contact with the Mattress Cover. If you prefer a thin layer of material between your skin and the mat, you'll still be grounded once your sweat creates channels for Earth's electrons to pass through.
Recommended Materials:
- Natural Fabrics: Cotton and bamboo are the best choices for optimal grounding.
- Partially Synthetic Fabrics: These are acceptable but may take longer to establish grounding.
Avoid:
- Fully Synthetic Materials: These block electron flow and prevent effective grounding.
It's important to choose the right materials to ensure you experience the full benefits of grounding with your Mattress Cover!
Ideas For Use
Simply slide the straps of the Mattress Covers around each corner of your mattress, and you’re done!
You may put the Mattress Cover over or under your fitted sheet:
On Top Of The Fitted Sheet: Direct skin contact is best so placing the Mattress Cover on top of your fitted sheet is ideal. In this case, you may have pajamas and socks on, and still get grounded.
Under The Fitted Sheet: The Mattress Cover will ground you when placed under your fitted sheet, but your fabric choice matters and your bare skin must come in contact with the fitted sheet. Adding another layer of pajamas on top of the fitted sheet may be too much fabric to ground through.

Carbon, the second most abundant element in the human body, effortlessly conducts Earth's electrons. The grounded Mattress Cover is 100% conductive, easy to clean, and very durable.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
The hypoallergenic nature of carbon helps combat allergens in your bed. These covers not only ground you, they also create a physical shield against the dust and mites living in your mattress.
Easy Cleaning: Simply clean with a little soap and water on a cloth, then wipe clean with plain water and allow to dry naturally. The Earthing® Mattress Cover should be wiped down regularly to ensure good conductivity and to avoid build up of skin oils.
Do:
- Wipe down the Mattress Cover using a non-corrosive cleaner like soap and water on a damp sponge.
- Air dry before using it again.
Do Not:
- Use bleach, chlorine, or harsh chemicals to clean the Mattress Cover.
- Do not apply lotion, creams, or body oil to your skin before touching the Mattress Cover as these can oxidize and damage conductivity over time.
