What is Grounding?
The concept of grounding the human body was discovered by our founder, Clint Ober and is explained in The Earthing Movie (free to watch on YouTube) and the Earthing book (free with every product purchase).
The Earth is like a giant battery that is continuously charged with free electrons. These electrons create a negative charge on the surface of the Earth that is measurable on the bodies of all living things, including you, when you stand barefoot on it, or when you use Earthing products.
Over the last two decades Clint has spearheaded over 20 research studies showing our body's response to grounding. He developed Earthing products to give you the ability to ground yourself while indoors relaxing, working, or sleeping.
What The Science Says About Earthing
We have been involved with more than 26 scientific studies showing how being grounded positively influences our bodies. These infrared images are an evaluation tool showing changes in blood flow before and after grounding for two weeks on our Earthing Mattress Cover. Before grounding, circulation was almost non-existent in the toes. After grounding, normal circulation has been restored. This is one small example of the studies that have been done.
